Sonata Apartments: A collection of five ultra-high-end residences featuring curved in situ concrete and glass, set on a challenging steep site in St Heliers Bay, offering panoramic views of the Hauraki Gulf and Rangitoto Island.
5 levels containing 5 (in total) ultra-high-end apartments. A very steep and narrow site makes works back up to ground level very challenging. Feature curved in situ concrete and a curved façade, including full height imported curved glass adds another level of complexity to the construction. Located in the heart of St Heliers exclusive Village, Sonata represents the epitome of bay-side living.
Sonata is a carefully created collection of five private luxury residences spread over their own individual floor and sit atop a two level deep basement which utilizes 2 x car lifts, each with panoramic bay views across the Hauraki Gulf and uninterrupted views of Rangitoto Island.
