This 7 bedroom, 5 bathroom, 700 square metre home had a plaster cladding system on timber framing. Due to the extent of the moisture damage that was found we were required to replace 100% of the external wall framing. At this point the clients decided to update the entire home, seeing the plans redesigned and the scope of work change to include fully relining the home, and allow for a new layout throughout and major landscaping works.
