Our clients had a lovely character house that unfortunately also came with all the usual downsides such as cold and dark and with a layout that did not align with how we typically want to live today.

With careful consideration for the sun and surrounding context, a new living space was added and the home replanned. This has created highly functional, light filled, warm spaces that connect seamlessly with the outdoors.

A home that still maintains the old character but now provides a wonderful environment with all the benefits of contemporary living.
