The Residence is a boutique 13 unit high-quality apartment concept located in Takapuna.This project aims to provide spacious and flexible contemporary living that suits different urban lifestyles in the heart of Takapuna.
It features a mix of one-bedroom plus study, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments with extensive floor to ceiling glazing, providing a great view of Lake Pupuke. The elegance and simplicity of the façade are accentuated by the moveable timber screens which provide a flexible arrangement of privacy and shading to each unit. There is a small-scale retail space at ground level with an outdoor garden, increasing porosity at street level.
