The original homestead on this property was sadly severely damaged during the Seddon earthquake which lead to Hawkins Architecture creating this beautiful replacement homestead on Taylor pass Blenheim.
The exterior plaster was once again completed to the high standards of Mike Douglas and the team at Marlborough Plastering Ltd. MPL made use of Specialized Construction Products 50mm AAC EZPanel system and our NZ made float finish texture finished in a delicate off while colour.
This project shows that a traditional Homestead design can work together seamlessly with the latest plaster cladding finishes to create a modern classic.
