A stunning new build in Waihi, designed by Architect Christ Tate and constructed by Barrett Homes NZ, featuring durable tiles and Neptune SPC flooring from the Tile Depot, showcased on CHOICE TV in late 2020.
As featured on CHOICE TV in late 2020, the Bach that JK Built followed the demolition and new build of the Kirwan bach in Waihi. Designed by Architect Christ Tate and built by Barrett Homes NZ.
Tiles and Neptune SPC flooring from the Tile Depot feature throughout the build, chosen because of their durability and low maintenance. By late 2021, many of the tile selections have been discontinued but there are many similar designs in stock to replace them. The creative manner in which they have been used is very inspirational.
