Introducing "Timeless Serenity" - a modern masterpiece completed in 2017 by Landmark Homes New Zealand. This classically styled home was designed for the Hyndman family, offering a spacious family area with a parents retreat upstairs. The connection to the pool was a must for this fun-loving family, creating the perfect balance of relaxation and entertainment. Featuring 6 bedrooms, including a gym media room, this home is perfect for a large family. The Linea weather boards and feature stone chimney exude timeless elegance, while the interior details such as exposed rafters, barn doors, and a country-style kitchen add a touch of charm. With 2 large bathrooms, a walk-in scullery off the kitchen, and a powder room, this home embodies easy living and luxury.

“From the very beginning, the experience was smooth and trouble-free – truly a turnkey service. The team offered fantastic guidance and communication throughout the entire design and build process, which made everything feel easy and well-managed. Best of all, I didn’t have to deal with any compliance issues – it was all taken care of. One of my favourite memories was sitting on the floor, surrounded by timber framing, watching the sunset and realizing we got the house orientation absolutely perfect. Now that we’re in, I absolutely love the kitchen and the pizza oven – they’ve become the heart of our home. I’d absolutely recommend this team to anyone looking to build. They’re honest, professional, and while not the cheapest, that’s never a good thing when it comes to building your dream home. Quality and peace of mind are priceless." B”
