Art Deco

A local Real Estate company based in The Mount acquired a beautiful Art Deco building which Flowerday Homes in conjunction with interior designer Vikki Gorton-Tibbits turned into a gorgeous office space. One important requirement of the brief was to create a space that was not a typical real estate office, but to enhance the natural character of the building. By specifying plush velvet for furniture, furniture and lighting accented in Brass and Marble, patterned wallpaper and carefully selected paint colours for feature walls, the transformation was incredible. A fun, yet elegant space gives clients the chance to celebrate their new purchase in the main room dubbed ‘the champagne lounge’ and the auction room with its geometric style wallpaper and tasteful paneling is like no other. This aesthetic renovation was completed in a short time frame and the owners adore the space.
