Modern

The cleverly designed showhome sits proudly on a corner section as you are welcomed into the new development of Te Mania. A striking modern exterior with a combination of painted bricks, warm Abodo timber and dark JH Oblique sets the scene for the rest of the development.

The interiors are neutral and modern, with warm timber-look flooring from the entry to the open plan living-dining-kitchen. Two circular pendants hanging from the raking ceiling adorn the dining and living rooms, with a tone of Lemongrass paint on the feature battened wall linking the entrance to the dining space. Stacking sliders from the living space open out to a north facing patio, capturing all day sun. A compact, yet well-appointed kitchen is home to full height cabinetry, a dark & moody Silestone benchtop contrasting with the white cabinetry and pretty gloss black subway tiles laid in a stylish herringbone pattern.

The main bathroom has an amazing velux skylight with a modest freestanding bath perched infront of the same black gloss tiles laid herringbone. Two of the three bedrooms are adjacent to the main bathroom, with one having access to its own patio.

The master suite is to the right of the entrance, separate from the other bedrooms – which is a great layout for older families. The master is complete with a long wardrobe and natural stone-look tiled ensuite, topped off with black tapware and a single pendant over the vanity, with its reflection in the large circular mirror. A small but perfectly formed home is the star of the new Te Mania development in Te Puke.
