The Palms, a luxury high-end celebrity home in Burleigh Heads, is a project by JSW Landscapes & Design and JG Building Project that exudes stylish coastal living. Soft beachy tones create a beautiful palette that are accentuated by simple, clean lines and curves, while a mix of premium materials let the luxurious Palm Springs inspired design sing.

Located under 100m from Burleigh’s famed surf beach, <a href="https://www.decorativeimaging.com.au/building-products/decobatten/" target="_blank"> DecoBatten® </a> was specified thanks to its <a href=" https://www.decorativeimaging.com.au/finishing/decowood/decowood-super-durable/" target="_blank"> Super Durable marine-grade DecoWood finish </a> that offered the required natural timber appearance without the ongoing maintenance or deterioration of real timber.

Combined with the exterior’s natural stone feature walls, the one-piece 40x40 DecoWood® Curly Birch aluminium battens were used to clad the home’s top storey balcony and garage door for an exclusive front façade that continues to attract many to see the home’s exquisite design.
