The Tasmania-based Project Management team from the Maevin Group along with the custom joinery experts at Crescon Joinery demonstrated their skill in maintaining the structures and bones of this pre-existing property, inspiring the creation of the Vault theme.

From the moment one approaches the door where the distinctive 'The Vault' sign makes a bold statement, to stepping inside and the stunning space, the name is not just a label but a reflection of the lively personality imbued throughout, perfectly capitulating the essence of this breathtakingly transformed accommodation apartment.

This renovation seamlessly integrates with the existing structure, character in every detail, uniquely embracing the weathered and aged walls of metal and brick, this project emerges as a distinctive endeavour in a league of its own.

The kitchen artfully incorporates the charm of aging walls, juxtaposed against wooden flooring and dark green cabinetry fronts, resulting in an unexpectedly modern ambiance. Illumination by seven spotlights highlight each sect of the kitchen. Melamine Botanic Dark Green panels from Polytec are a welcome addition adding a green splash to the space.

Opening these panels reveal the ArciTech Soft-Closing drawers, boasting impeccable functionality from Hettich, ensuring a seamlessly smooth and effortless user experience. The drawers’ wide yet seamless design not only enhances their visual appeal but also proves to be a valuable addition to storage within the kitchen space.

The cabinets on the right kitchen bench partnered with the golden tap and Solid Tasmanian Oak Benchtops above by Maevin Group can be opened to reveal more cabinet space inside, being held by Sensys soft-closing hinges, which provide serenity and comfort in the kitchen which avoids any slamming of doors, elegance in the kitchen for what can sometimes be a chaotic space.

Upon entering the bedroom, guests are greeted by a door adorned with a fittingly bank-like vault handle, coupled with a keycode pin entry for meticulous attention to detail and an authentic touch. As the door swings open, it reveals the unexpectedly comforting interior of the bedroom.

It’s safe to say that The Vault is a unique apartment unlike any other thanks to the exceptional craftsmanship of the Crescon Joinery team and Maevin Group.
