The Warehouse is an adaptive reuse of a heritage fronted industrial warehouse converted into a single residence covering 2 levels of 300sqm each.
A project which pays homage to the rawness of the original warehouse with its exposed brickwork, Oregon roof trusses and the existing industrial detail.
The existing volume and open space has been respected, yet magically converted into an elegant yet rustic home. Industrial with a touch of Chanel, in keeping with the clients personal style.
The final project is a home in one of Sydney’s most buzzing neighborhoods, Simple and understated on the exterior and unexpectedly awe inspiring upon entry.
