A classic transformation of a heritage building into a sophisticated whisky bar, blending laid-back elegance with historical charm, completed in 2018 for The Coxs.
Location: Fortitude Valley,QLD
Year Completed: 2018
Photographer: Jumble & Stack, Conor McKillop
A bright cocktail bar turned moody whisky bar. These client's had a very clear vision of a laid back, yet classy venue.
The downstairs bar next to the restaurant area was given a minor face-lift while the upstairs bar was completely reworked into a tribute to the old apothecary that was the first tenant of this heritage building.
In the upstairs lounge area, the fireplace mantel was shipped up from an antique store in NSW and repainted to fit in perfectly in it's new home. This is just one of the little touches that makes this heritage space so special.
Head to the Jumble and Stack website for some "before" images in the Before & After gallery to see the transformation.
