Bottega Bandito: A vibrant Italian alimentari in Prospect, SA, featuring a panini station that showcases the artistry of fresh food preparation, designed by Olivier Martin and Dave Bickmore for Big Easy Group, built by Tiger Build.
Bottega Bandito is designed around the Italian alimentari: a small, neighbourhood gathering place serving freshly made panini, pastries, and simple meals. Its bold character is a physical manifestation of the Italians’ age-old gift of making art out of life, as best exemplified by the panini station, where guests can watch a labour of love in progress.
