A contemporary take on the classic New Zealand bungalow, Urbo Homes features a pitched roof, bay window, and generous verandah, offering light-filled spaces with stunning views of the waterway reserve and Maungakawa hill, perfect for families and empty nesters alike.
Inspired by its Cambridge locale this home for a young family or indeed empty nesters is a modern interpretation of the classic New Zealand bungalow encompassing a pitched roof, bay window, weatherboards, profiled metal roofing and a generous cranked verandah / porch outside room. Internally the home is classic and traditional in spec, spaces are light, airy, voluminous and take advantage of the view out to the waterway reserve and Maungakawa hill beyond.
This project received a Gold Award (along with a Heart of the Home Kitchen Award) at the Waikato Registered Master Builders Awards 2019.
