Addition of the stone bench completes the repurpose of the green space on the northern elevation of the dwelling.
The use of sandstone and tessellated tiles on the front porch maintains character of a federation home of the era.

The detached garage on the southern side of the dwelling is accessible through a shared driveway from the adjacent property.
The arctic glass on the north-western corner of the home offers a double duty solution for privacy from the adjacent property and also diffusing the intensity of the afternoon sun for the veranda and bedroom.

The detached garage is accessed through a sliding door via the rear outdoor space. The vertical timber layer on the door, matching the enclosure of the of the garage provides a visual concealment.
Flanked by vegetation, the outdoor space on the southern side of the home has been by timber vertical latices that continues its wrap around the detached garage.
