Viewland House

Modern BespokeSeries This is an example of a fully scalable modern, minimalist design that can be fully off-grid, or grid-connected with solar capture. The scalability of the design enables the home to meet changing needs as families grow that create great liveability, budget options and a flexible layout choice. More people are recognising that climate change will impact our children and grandchildren if we don’t reduce our greenhouse emissions.  The Pavilion Off-GridHomes philosophy supports sustainable, modern designer homes that focus on passive climate management for comfort, cost savings and happy, healthy living. Energy efficiency is engineered into the home via passive cooling and heating, insulation with high “R” values, all-electric energy-efficient appliances and services with living spaces that are modern, light and airy-and space efficient with contemporary crisp lines where form follows function. Based on carefully considered site positioning and related passive design elements that ensure that the house remains thermally comfortable with minimal auxiliary heating or cooling.  Moreover, this home is an example where design, price, energy efficiency and quality are not mutually exclusive. A unique feature of modern Bespoke is the use of fully weather sealed, transparent stackable panels that enable the indoors and outdoors to merge when open–but provide a cosy and practical internal living space when closed.
