Priced off plans for a renovation extension that turned into a complete restoration of the entire property. When pricing a project like this I price to do the work to a high standard, and know from experience the amount of labour required,

With a fixed price of 100k we also tracked the hours and materials and the job came out bang on budget. The quality of labour to achieve the top quality results takes years to build the right teams. This to me gives me great satisfaction as pricing and putting hours to tricky projects is a real skill that takes years to hone.

Paint details

For the ExteriorTimber joinery we use an oil based full gloss system that looks amazing and also stands the test of time. Exterior Dulux Weathershield Semi gloss for ease of clean 2 to 3 coats.

All interior doors and joinery spray finished oil based semi gloss, once again, the strongest paint system that can handle they day to day living of a busy family. All ceilings and walls Dulux Wash n wear Matt. Interior Colour Double Okarito is a colour i have developed with Dulux as one of my favourite warm whites that everyone loves.

We completed the entire project over a 2 month period
