Six bedroom units
Requirements:
- Accommodate road workers employed on the Northern Motorway expansion north of the Puhoi, delivery as soon as possible.
- Future proof the design so that when the rental term was complete the buildings could be relocated, repurposed for either commercial office space, private residential dwellings and rental uses.
Project Specifications
- Multiple buildings to house 36 workers
- Custom-designed, 6 bedrooms 120 sqm dwellings, delivered to site and fixed on foundations
- Start date: November 2017
- Delivery date: February 2018
- Buildings were built in unison and completed within 12 weeks of start date.
