Warm Scandinavian Home

Adela Design has been proud to create a warm, inviting and contemporary Scandinavian home for a young family of adults in 2020. An open plan living and kitchen area opening to an alfresco with wood burning fireplace has been expertly designed to create an inviting atmosphere for entertaining. The clean Scandinavian design has been enhanced with timber flooring, Dulux Lexicon walls, ceiling hung curtains, custom cabinetry with handmade touches, mirrored and quartz stone backsplashes and a variety of carefully planned lighting. 

The alfresco is the highlight of the project, with its woodburning fireplace it has provided a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for the family and their friends to gather. It is tiled with floor and surround for easy maintenance. The kitchen and laundry have also been designed with entertaining and convenience in mind, with double cupboards for picnic and barbecue supplies and Fisher and Paykel drawers for wineglasses and a wok.  

Overall Adela Design has created an inviting home with all the beauty, functionality and warmth that a family of young adults and their friends require. The promise of many happy times ahead is a warranty of both the design and quality.
