A thoughtfully designed home featuring distinct entertaining areas, a central kitchen hub, and private bedroom spaces, built with the expertise and positive energy of Benchmark, while allowing owners to monitor progress remotely.
Sam and Audrey Watt knew exactly what they wanted as they prepared to build in Pegasus: Competency, positive energy and expertise. “When we started to speak to Benchmark it was the people that impressed us- they are a really energetic bunch of people. We liked their whole vibe”.
The criteria was for two distinctly separate areas for entertaining with a central kitchen hub and that the bedrooms and the master suite has to be away from the noiser living areas. For part of the build Sam and Audrey were overseas, but enjoyed using the online Buildertrend programme that Benchmark offer to check in on their build from afar.
