By Akin Design
This beautiful new build in Ohope, Bay of Plenty was a pleasure to work on. Involved from the outset, Sherrie at Akin selected all materials and fittings, worked alongside the build team and client to make changes as required to the plan and is proud of the end result. From selecting materials to furnishing and fitting out the home down to soft furnishings and filing the kitchen drawers, no aspect was left without careful consideration of function and form. The result is a light and inviting space that is perfectly suited to the way the client wishes to live.

A well designed space deserves to be furnished with consideration so it can become a home to be enjoyed everyday. Sherrie can work with the special pieces you already own and tie these together with carefully selected pieces, adhering to your budget and time constraints or start from scratch to build a collection of lovely pieces to turn a house into a home.
Sherrie loves what she does and looks forward to taking future clients on the journey where considered design is the process and living is the product.
