Comprehensive design and build project managing all consultants for a 345m2 residential construction, completed over 12 months with full resource consent and council approval.
This was a design and build contract, so our scope for this project was to engage all of the design consultants including all engineers and surveyors. We managed the design team to ensure that all of the documents were completed to the client’s satisfaction and then submitted to the council for the building consent.

We also managed the complete build process for this project.
