Willowbrook

This pool was installed as part of a property wide renovation. The installation was aided significantly by the earlier demolition of a garage at the front of the property. Clear communication with the architect and builders around timing of different stages of the renovation ensured the pool could be bought on to the property and placed as efficiently as possible. We also spoke to the occupants of the neighbouring properties regarding the installation and planned length of the project to mitigate any issues.  The decking is at entry level to the indoors, creating great flow and expanding the living space outdoors with ease. A plaster block wall extends partially along one side of the pool (approximately ¼ of the length), maintaining privacy for the sleep out building at the end of the pool and sheltering the BBQ space from the noise of the pool. This is then met by glass fencing along the remainder of the length which adjoins a separate outdoor entertaining space which has comfortable couches for those occasions when swimmers need more active supervision. The customer has two older teenage boys and was keen to ensure the pool was completed as a priority so they could get the maximum benefit of the pool while still living at home. Teenagers inevitably reach an age when they want to spend more time with their friends and less time at home. Installing a pool is a fantastic way to entice them back.
