Based in Brisbane, My Home Interiors stone baths and basins are crafted from quality, silica-free, solid surface stone, offering the desirable feel of natural stone without the hindrance of excess weight or porosity. "Our products are made from solid surface stone, which is lighter than natural stone but still has the same desirable, organic feel,” says Kat Weatherley, Co-Founder of My Home Interiors. “Unlike natural stone though, which, unfortunately, can stain and mark over time because it’s porous, our products don’t have that issue.”
Available in a selection of Pantone colours, My Home Interiors collaborates closely with Australian and New Zealand specifiers to also deliver bespoke bath and sink solutions, such as a custom-made fluted bath that, while initially designed for a client, has since become one of the brand’s most popular designs.
"Recently, we worked with a client who had a particular request for a bath that wasn’t available to the Australian market. We collaborated with our manufacturer to create a custom solution specifically for this client’s high-end home project. The Tremezzo fluted bath went on to become one of our best sellers,” remarks Kat. “This experience showed us what the market was looking for and set us apart."
My Home Interiors offers extensive customisation, whether using a Pantone colour chart to create one of its products in a specific colour or adjusting the size and shape. Kat shares, “We often tell clients, ‘Bring us your Pinterest board, and we’ll work with our team to come up with a design that suits your vision.’"
The versatility and durability of the company’s product range reflect its commitment to quality. Heavier than acrylic but lighter than natural stone, its selection of basins and baths offers the best of both worlds—natural aesthetics without the hassle (or cost) associated with solid stone’s weight and maintenance.
A prime example of My Home Interiors' quality product design is its work on the ZARMA project, a luxury residence designed by Amores Design and BARLOW Building.
"One of the projects we’re proud of is Zama. We worked closely with the client to customise products to achieve their grand vision,” Kat states.
“The project turned out beautifully, and it’s one of those high-end projects where we see our products fitting in seamlessly."
ZARMA is a statement of meticulous design and natural beauty situated among the tranquil waters of Broadbeach.
Unique from the typical architectural styles of the area, the home celebrates the raw beauty of natural materials, resulting in a remarkable and inviting space.
Featured as ArchiPro’s Project of the Month (September), My Home Interiors developed a bespoke curved pedestal basin for the master ensuite that seamlessly complements the ZARMA’s exquisite design.
The ground-floor bathroom features a luxuriously curved shower with handmade Japanese tiles that is a centrepiece for the entire space.
What does the future hold for this custom bathware supplier? My Home Interiors is excited to announce the upcoming launch of its designer fixtures collection. Set to debut later this year, it has already garnered attention from trade partners and will soon be available to the retail market. Designed to complement the brand’s existing stone products, the new tapware is engineered to meet the highest standards of performance and aesthetics.
"We’ve been using the tapware in our own projects for years, and we’re delighted with the quality. We feel confident about expanding our offerings so clients can get both beautiful stone products and high-quality tapware from one place,” says Kat.
This latest addition is part of the company’s ambition to become a one-stop shop for homeowners, specifiers, and trade professionals in Australia and New Zealand. Whether it’s stone basins, fluted baths, mirrors, or tapware, My Home Interiors offers ample solutions catering to the trade and retail markets.
The brand’s clever trade program is for professionals in the building industry who are looking to save money on their projects and streamline the procurement process. Designed to provide specifiers with access to exclusive discounts and wholesale pricing on all of My Home Interiors’ products and furnishings.
"We work with retail customers—like young families doing renovations—as well as professional designers, builders and architects,” says Kat.
“We’re here to assist, so we take samples directly to our trade partners, whether they need to see colour or product samples. We believe this personal touch makes a difference.”
