Designing a crystalline façade

Designing and building a twin skinned, geometrically challenging envelope with more than 1,000 pieces of glass covering the 5,000m² facade was a highly complicated engineering challenge. Kiwi company Thermosash collaborated with Sheppard & Rout Architects to create a dynamic crystalline façade to shroud 2 Cathedral Square, the new Christchurch HQ for Spark NZ.
