Mojito 40 Fire Pit Table

Contemporary, eco-efficient fireplace designer EcoSmart Fire has unveiled its newest fire pit, the Mojito 40, a minimalistic but ultra-sophisticated ventless fireplace.

The Mojito 40 is defined by its sleek lines and functional elements. It’s a slimline, square-shaped fire pit with a waterfall edge giving the impression of seamless continuation on two sides. It also has an ample surface for placement of cups, glasses or small plates, and features a decorative but usable space beneath, which is perfect for cushions, books or small ornamental logs.

“It really does combine function and form, making it a perfect, timeless open fireplace when you’re entertaining or just relaxing with family. Regardless of where it’s placed, this fire adds ambience, style and illumination to the surroundings – indoors and out,” says Stephane Thomas, Director of MAD Design’s group of brands, which includes EcoSmart Fire.

“Versatility is also keynote, and you can easily relocate the fireplace depending on the occasion.”

The Mojito 40 is ideal as an individual statement piece of fire furniture or is easily paired with other furniture to create a dual-function fire pit table. The captivating golden flame is surrounded by a see-through, recessed square glass fire screen, also offered in an optional round shape to cater to individual preferences. There’s also an optional smoky glass cover plate, which enables easy conversion to a full coffee table when the fireplace isn’t in use.

Crafted from weather-resistant Fluid™ Concrete, an incredibly strong yet relatively lightweight material, the fireplace is made for durability. It features a stain and impact-resistant barrier that protects it from environmental weathering – even under extreme conditions and long UV exposure. And to suit myriad decors, there’s the option of three timeless colours: Natural, Graphite and Bone.

The ethanol model of the Mojito 40 is fuelled by clean-burning, energy efficient e-NRG bioethanol, which means no soot, smoke or ash – and no need for utility connections. It also means you can use the fire in indoor and outdoor settings.

“These are modern fires that can even be used in apartments, which provides total design flexibility,” adds Stephane.

And in the US, UK and Europe, EcoSmart’s Triple Fuel Technology also provides the choice of plumbed natural gas or readily available propane gas, for outdoor-only gas fire pits.
