Retirement Living – A New Standard of Quality, Sustainability, and Innovation

In today’s world, seniors deserve a space that mirrors the luxury and comfort of a high-end resort. This vision is realized at Aveo Bella Vista, a pioneering retirement community in Bella Vista, NSW, that redefines aged care living. Designed by the renowned architects at Jackson Teece, this 10-storey residential apartment building breaks the mould of traditional retirement housing with its innovative use of cross-laminated timber (CLT) and commitment to sustainability. Excellence is evident in every aspect of the project, from its architectural design to the high-quality amenities.

WHY AVEO CHOSE PSP PRODUCTS

Aveo Group chose Premium Surface Protection (PSP) products for the Bella Vista project due to their unparalleled expertise in protecting high-end furnishings. PSP products protected the lounges, inlaid rugs, chairs, armchairs, all soft furnishings, textiles, and upholstery. This comprehensive protection ensures that the luxurious environment of Aveo Bella Vista remains pristine and inviting. PSP’s solutions, including MicroSeal and Fibre Protector, create an invisible barrier that repels spills, stains, and everyday wear and tear. These advanced formulations penetrate deep into fabric fibers, creating a microscopic force field that repels liquids, fortifies fabrics against everyday wear, and inhibits the growth of mold and mildew. This invisible layer also boosts UV protection, helping to safeguard furnishings against sun damage and fading.

SUSTAINABILITY AND COST EFFICIENCY

Both Aveo Group and PSP share a deep commitment to sustainability. PSP’s products are non-toxic, ensuring that the application process and ongoing use do not release harmful chemicals into the environment. By protecting furnishings, PSP applications reduce the need for frequent replacements, minimizing waste and promoting a more sustainable life cycle for the materials used in the facility. PSP’s products are also CleanSeal and WoolSafe approved, meeting stringent standards for safety and environmental responsibility. Additionally, PSP’s solutions help lower cleaning costs, making it easier to clean spills and stains without harsh chemicals, cutting operational costs, and ensuring a safer, healthier environment for residents and staff.

"Aveo Bella Vista epitomizes the new dawn of luxury aged care, offering a warm, welcoming, and luxurious environment that enhances the quality of life for its residents.
Our textile and furnishing protection ensures that this environment remains beautiful and functional, providing residents with a comfortable and healthy living space."

- Tony Leask, Founder + CEO, PSP

ANTI-ALLERGEN + ANTI-TOXIN BENEFITS

Health and well-being are top priorities at Aveo Bella Vista. PSP’s products are designed to be anti-allergen and anti-toxin, preventing dust mites and other allergens from penetrating fabric fibers and reducing the risk of allergic reactions. Moreover, the non-toxic nature of PSP's products ensures that harmful chemicals do not off-gas into the living environment, promoting better indoor air quality and overall health for residents.

ADDING VALUE TO THE FACILITY

Protecting the investments within a facility like Aveo Bella Vista is crucial. The high-quality furnishings and textiles are significant investments that require protection to maintain their appearance and functionality over time. PSP’s solutions not only protect these assets but also enhance their longevity, adding value to the facility and ensuring that residents can enjoy a luxurious environment for years to come.
