Leading the Way from Melbourne to the World

While based in Melbourne, Victoria, our presence at Marmomac highlights our expanding global footprint. We’re not just a natural stone supplier — we are design collaborators and innovation leaders in the architectural materials industry.

As the only Australian supplier at the show with this level of technical capability and aesthetic range, we presented:

Globally sourced premium slabs with high-crystalline content
Advanced textured finishes developed with proprietary techniques
Rare, book-matched, and statement-making stones
Contemporary surface design tailored for high-end residential and commercial architecture

Our materials were curated to spark the imagination — a true collision of luxury, tactility, and geological integrity.

Textured Finishes That Stopped Designers in Their Tracks

What made our booth impossible to ignore? The one-of-a-kind textures.

From linear striations to organic botanicals and geometric reliefs, our custom-finished panels redefined what natural stone can look and feel like. These handcrafted and machine-etched surfaces provide a sculptural presence in interior and exterior spaces — ideal for feature walls, lobbies, façades, and high-impact hospitality environments.

Whether it was the botanical imprints, ripple-cut designs, or hammered metallic finishes, designers were captivated by the depth, shadow play, and refined craftsmanship on display.

“These aren’t just stone panels. They’re art pieces for architecture.”

Australian Innovation, Italian Recognition

Marmomac 2025 confirmed what our clients in Melbourne already know — Stone Age is at the forefront of innovation in natural stone. Our ability to combine traditional materials with advanced finishing techniques sets us apart not only in Australia but globally.
