Seamline™ 100 mm, Seamline™ 205 mm and Castelline™ 75 mm expand the architectural language of aluminium cladding

DECO’s latest DecoClad® profile releases give architects more control over façade scale, rhythm and texture while retaining one consistent aluminium cladding platform. The Seamline™ family now includes 100 mm and 205 mm boards for refined, near-seamless surfaces, while Castelline™ introduces a more articulated 75 mm castellated profile with pronounced depth and shadow.

Seamline™ 205 mm creates a calm, continuous field with fine linear joints, making it suited to contemporary elevations where simplicity and visual continuity are central to the design. At approximately half its width, Seamline™ 100 mm produces a finer pinstripe effect and a more detailed rhythm while maintaining the same clean, near-seamless character.

Because both Seamline™ boards use the same patented tongue-and-groove connection, they can be specified separately or combined within one composition. Alternating widths can create subtle shifts in module, while changes in colour or finish can establish deliberate patterns, highlight entries and volumes, or mark transitions across a façade.

Castelline™ offers a contrasting expression. Its narrow 75 mm boards form a castellated surface that changes with the angle of light, creating depth, movement and strong shadow lines. Used across residential façades, commercial elevations or feature walls, the profile adds visual texture without requiring a different cladding system.

Across the range, long 6.5 metre boards and pre-punched fixing holes help reduce joints and streamline installation on site. The aluminium substrate and durable architectural finishes support low-maintenance performance across residential and commercial applications.

The profiles are available in DecoWood® Super Durable™ timber-look finishes and DecoCoat® powder coat colours, with DecoVogue™ rust-look and concrete finishes also available for Seamline™ 100 mm. This range allows the cladding to coordinate with broader material palettes or become a defining architectural feature.

Manufactured in Australia and available nationally, the latest DecoClad® profiles give design teams greater freedom to calibrate façade rhythm, texture and visual weight—from the restrained breadth of Seamline™ 205 mm, to the finer definition of Seamline™ 100 mm and the sculptural shadow of Castelline™ 75 mm.
