Insulation Options

We offer a range of insulation solutions to improve the thermal and acoustic performance of your garage door. Our standard option is GreenStuf® polyester insulation, a high-performance, non-irritant material made in New Zealand using recycled fibres. This can be supplied on its own or backed with either ACM or powdercoated aluminium for a clean, durable interior finish.

We can also tailor insulation solutions to suit the specific needs of your project. If you're looking for something outside of our standard offering, let us know and we’ll be happy to discuss what’s possible.

Installation

To ensure optimal performance and warranty coverage, this door must be installed by an approved garage door installer.

Surface Cleaning

Maintaining the integrity of your powder coated products is just like caring for your car – and is a smart way to protect your investment. Over time with exposure to the elements, powder coatings may show signs of weathering such as loss of gloss, chalking and slight color change. A simple regular clean will minimise the effects of weathering and will remove dirt, grime and other build-up detrimental to all powder coatings. Please refer to our care and maintenance document below.

Care and Maintenance

Every garage door is different, but every door should be given some TLC to make sure it lasts as long as possible. All doors need servicing within the first year of installation. To ensure your garage door remains healthy and long-lasting, take note of the different things to look out for in our care and maintenance sheet below and how you can deal with them.
