Completed in 2022 and in collaboration with Graham Mauger Builders, this project blends innovation with functionality. The exterior juxtaposes raw materials, from stone to timber, with sleek lines and contemporary features, bringing the home’s seaside landscape to the front door.
As you step inside, the interior is a seamless flow of open space, natural light and top-of-the-line finishes. The coastal colour palette brings the outside inside, making this Beachlands home a dream come true.

Evelyn McNamara Architecture Ltd is an Auckland based residential architectural practise formed in May 2009 by Evelyn McNamara.
