A first-cousin to the New Zealand evergreen Pūriri (Vitex Lucens), Vitex is a durable hardwood, with proven performance in both commercial and residential exterior applications. A consistent pale-yellow and creamy-grey colour, with a fine, even grain, Vitex has minimal bleeding of tannins, making it much less likely to stain concrete and other hard surfaces when compared to other hardwood products. With reliable quality, good working and finishing properties, Vitex is an ideal solution for outdoor applications such as decking, beams and posts.
