Morsø 6148 Fireplace

The Morsø 6148 woodburning fireplace combines the looks and controlled burning you get from a modern designer fireplace, with the practical ruggedness and build quality you get from a traditional fire. The firebox stands like a sculpture on it’s pedestal and is is both practical and aesthetically pleasing. Featuring a unique combustion system that ensures a higher temperature in the firebox allowing waste gases to be burnt off and not go back into the environment. This results in a more environmentally friendly combustion and better fuel economy.

Complete in every sense, it’s form, construction and cast iron components blend naturally together, with the rich dark grey on the structure being a dramatic contrast to the flame. This approach reflects Scandinavian philosophy of keeping things beautiful but simple. Employing a refined and timeless design idiom, with a cast iron door, concealed hinges and simple lines makes the 6148 a perfect addition for anyone who wants the benefits that only a real wood fire can bring. Purveyor to the Royal Court of Denmark for more than 160 years. Morsø leads the field in design and manufacture of wood burning products, combining legendary Danish flair for design with expert engineering.
