Radiata Pine is manufactured from selected NZ Pine (Pinus radiata) rotary cut veneer. A softwood, it combines functionality with strength, making it ideal for joinery.
New Zealand Pine is a renewable resource, harvested from local plantations, and meets the demands of the New Zealand building code. The 'clear face' appearance grade makes this a very popular choice for cabinetry and lining.

Limitations on Use
Plywood is a natural product that can be affected by changes in weather conditions: moisture and temperature. Increased moisture content or temperature variation may cause internal stresses causing previously flat sheets to bow. At Plymasters precautions are taken to minimise this effect. However, once the plywood has left the warehouse Plymasters cannot guarantee sheets to remain flat unless fastened. This is particularly important with pine ply (as it is a softwood) where free standing kitchen/cabinet doors are concerned. When storing panels, stack on a firm raised base with enough support to prevent sagging. Cover the pallet to protect top and edges.
