Shower Wedge Wire

Design

HSL concentrate on offering custom made wedge wire solutions that have the Liner look and has the following benefits:

• The sections can be made up to two meters long
• The sections can be made to any width from 50 mm up to 160 mm
• A drain cover can be added to the bottom of the wedge wire, this is a square plate welded to the lower edge of the flat bar to hide the drain
• The first image in section 4.1 of the brochure is a sectional view of a 13 Bar Shower Wedge wire, the shower wedge wire has the 25x3 flat bar around all four sides
• These can be made with or without legs
  • Legs are made with 316 Stainless Grub Screws and are adjustable from the top.
  • Four legs are usually enough but additional legs can be fitted if required
  • The legs can be supplied with nylon feet if required.
  • Once adjusted the legs are locked in place with a Lock Nut.
• Shower Wedge Wire can be supplied on its own or with a custom made stainless shower Tray.

HSL will manufacture a solution to meet your specific requirements but typically offer the Shower Wedge Wire in widths from 50mm to 160mm - see brochure 4.2.
