The use of sliding doors in modern architecture and interior design continues to increase substantially. Their appeal is due to the ability to functionally open up interior spaces in a way that is difficult with most hinged options while also presenting bold design and aesthetic possibilities.
Superior Doors pioneered the development of steel reinforced interior doors in New Zealand, designed specifically for the unique requirements of sliding applications. All of our custom and oversize sliding doors are individually designed to work harmoniously with the desired sliding hardware system, location and environment.
