The Hermpac VertiLine Vertical Shiplap Weatherboard Cavity System is a ventilated external wall cladding solution for residential and light commercial buildings. Vertically fixed shiplap weatherboards are installed over Hermpac Vertibat cavity battens, creating a drained cavity behind the cladding for effective moisture management. Matching flashings and accessories complete the system, delivering clean vertical lines and a refined timber finish across a wide range of architectural styles.
Profiles are available in selected species including Western Red Cedar, Yellow Cedar, CedarOne Evolve, CedarLine Evolve, Accoya, Accoya Grey,Truwood and Kanda. Installation options include direct fix, 20mm cavity and 40mm to 45mm cavity applications, depending on the selected profile and project requirements.
