Our carpet is like walking on a cloud, I get anal with food or any marks on my carpet, we can walk around with no slippers its so warm. We are thoroughly pleased with the service your company provided, the carpet layers tradesmen & tradeswoman, the underlay we went to the thickest underlay, & the costing was suitable for our budget.

Your installers are excellent, they rang me when there was an issue outside of their control and they were willing to work around it while it was fixed. I really appreciated both their call and their professionalism. Thank you.
You also made a very good recommendation for the carpet and colour. I have not seen the end result but did see parts of the carpet being laid and the colour is a great choice - it really lifts the whole house.
I also appreciated your ability to work within our tight timeframes.
