We listen and regularly review our client’s brief and vision to ensure a progressive alignment of ideas. This is rigorously tested throughout the process using all tools and contemporary technologies

We believe each project is unique and aim to deliver contemporary buildings which respond to functional, contextual, social, environmental and economic considerations to enhance the built environment.​

Our design process is inclusive, and we collaborate with people who might use, design, build or sell the project.

We collaborate with clients, stakeholders, planners, developers, consultants, market experts, users, public officials, suppliers and contractors.

Adrian Hernandez
Director

Adrian is the founder and director of AJH+ having commenced the practice after more than 20 years leading projects for some of Australia and the UK
best practices. This has resulted in successful projects in Australia, the UK, mainland Europe, Dubai and New Zealand

​He creates strategic direction and leads the AJH+ team ensuring project aspirations and commitment to quality in all aspects.

Adrian leads the practice to create built environments that are inspiring developing project-specific solutions responsive to their environment, place, market, budget and purpose.

This commitment evolves from a thorough understanding of the client's aspirations and always seeking additional commercial & communal benefits
to bring projects to fruition.

Adrian has led many award-winning projects both locally and abroad in a variety of sectors.

Clients have found his level of engagement in all project matters critical in achieving excellent project outcomes.
