We work closely with our Private Certifiers to ensure your project and Architectural plans meet all Certifier compliance requirements for a Compliant Development Application.

Our Accredited certifier consultants issue CDC to confirm and development your proposal meets legislative requirements. They inspect construction and subdivision work at critical stages, which differ according to the type of development.

3D Perspectives & 3D Interactive Walk-through
Interactive 3D walk-through of you new home design. We provide you with our 3D virtual walk through your home using GraphisoftBIMx virtual viewer on your Ipad, Iphone, Android, PC or laptop where you will get a good understanding of your design in realistic virtual reality similar to the 3D games played, which will allow you to view your home in virtual reality with realistic textures, finishes and furnitures.

Site Feasibility Study and/or Report
We provide site feasibility report and can give you best use outcome for your site or confirm whether your proposal or development is viable to land zone, LEP/DCP guidelines, Instruments, site constraints and limitations.
We organize all relevant consultant plans, reports and certificates for your council application.

After council (DA) approval, We are able to extend our services through the Construction Certificate (C.C.) stage. We will provide additional detailed plans (if required) for certification either by council or my recommended private certifier.
