Our delivery team consisting of Frank, Paul D, and Hayley and headed up by Snr Project Manager Paul B (and Directors Pete and Adrian), were extremely friendly and professional. It was gratifying to see our conceptual renders come to life and the entire build process was quite seamless.

APC respected the brief and nailed the look whilst asking all the right questions to assure client satisfaction. Even though there were minor hiccups along the way, it was a pleasure to see how Paul and his team dealt with each situation and worked effortlessly to mitigate any risks.

The team is exceedingly experienced and the workmanship of the trades is exceptional. We would not hesitate to recommend APC and we will hopefully be in touch if we are to go again!

APC took over our home build after the first builder went into liquidation. What started as a nightmare for us ended as a dream with APC. If only we had engaged APC from the start!

The entire process with APC was seamless. As first time renovators, they held our hands at every step. The communication from the APC team was exemplary. If they came across anything out of the ordinary, they called us to talk through the options and help us land on a way forward.

The craftsmanship of our home is absolutely first class. Having now lived in the house for more than 6 months, we’ve experienced no material defects. We can't praise APC highly enough. They were great to deal with from the first meeting, discussing ways in which we could save money on our build. The build supervisors ensured that everything was done at a high standard and the contractors all did a fantastic job. The majority of the job was during 2020/21 and the team worked well within the constraints of lockdowns and limitations to the number of people on site. After care has been very good, with a couple of small issues dealt with effectively.
