Licensed Building Practitioners

We are Licensed Building Practitioners with Site 2 class which means we can coordinate and oversee the construction or alteration of Category 1 & 2 buildings. We are also members of the Certified Builders Association and Site Safe.

We work alongside architects, structural engineers, councils, designers and other trades to make the process of getting you in your home or offices in the time frame agreed easy and stress-free.

Each lift and re-level is carefully worked out on a case by case basis.  We have worked on many complex projects, including sites where access would normally be very difficult, such as hill sites .

We specialise in lifting and re-levelling modern and older homes using a range of techniques including re-piling, new foundations, re-levelling, underpinning, low lifting and timber bearer replacements.

Bowers Builders have the latest hydraulic and levelling equipment and use the correct amount of equipment for each job to ensure homes are well supported.

We have lifted and levelled hundreds of earthquake-damaged houses in Christchurch and Canterbury, including Heritage buildings.
