Our Story

C&C stands for Chris & Cam as the two directors work closely to come up with the best strategies for our clients.

Our business was originally established by Cam in 2009 as Elite Building & Landscapes.
With Cam’s love for the building & landscaping process, the growing company prospered and the business earnt itself a proud reputation in the industry.
In 2017 Chris returned to NZ to settle down after 5 years abroad & found himself working for Cam within weeks of landing, the pair actually met through the sale of a trusty Toyota Hilux through a mutual acquaintance.
Chris & Cam immediately gelled and formed a duo that continued creating dream homes and landscaping with distinctive and impressive design & build features.

Fast forward to 2020 & C&C Renovations was born.
Chris and Cam have officially teamed up to take their vast experience in the building industry to a whole new level. With our growing building team of 12 strong and a wealth of proven subcontractors at hand, there’s no renovation challenge our team can’t tackle.

Working with innovative architects & clients to create their dreams is our passion and we thrive on delivering our clients with successful outcomes for challenging projects. Want to know what our clients say about working with us?

“My wife and I have worked with Cam and Chris on various projects for over 10 years now, they’ve been our go-to-guys for every project, every time. Most recently we commissioned C+C on a renovation for us in Point Chev, which was a large extension and rebuild of an existing dwelling. We couldn’t be happier with the final result. During the 8-month build, we stayed living on the site as the job went through without a hitch. Chris and Cam carried the project through seamlessly from start to finish and the work was completed to a fantastic standard. The process was stress-free, super-efficient, and better yet on budget. The guys were a pleasure to have on-site and formed a classic relationship with our pet cat Henry. Who they affectionately called ‘the inspector.’ Henry still misses them dearly, to this day. We couldn’t recommend Cam and Chris more. Their impressive work ethic, ownership of the entire project, attention to detail and the pride they took every aspect of the job was nothing short of awesome. Thanks for everything fellas, love your work”
