About us
Contemporary, elegant and stylish living in flexible, completely off-grid or grid connected family houses.Personalised homes that delight and surprise... cutting edge, modern designer homes unique to each client’s style and lifestyle needs.
We also design Code compliant plans for the construction of extended family dwellings.
Principal Designer, Anthony Wynne-Hoelscher believes in house design that is sustainable, whilst modern and minimalist with a focus on passive climate management for comfort, cost savings and happy, healthy living.
“More people are recognising that climate change will impact our children and grandchildren if we don’t reduce our greenhouse emissions,” says Anthony. “So, my underlying passion is not only designing beautiful homes that ‘breath’ and have passive climate management builtin, I also look to minimise the embodied energy that goes into the construction from the beginning of the design stage.”
Our Story
It all begins with an idea... and a desire to live the dream. We work with clients from concept o completion turning their dream into a reality. Designing the perfect dwelling that’s a place to share, laugh, to live.
It is a great joy working closely with our clients to design a beautiful home, prepare construction ready plans and oversee subsequent contract management and related services to complete a home that meets their design and lifestyle objectives.
We truly believe that life is better in a minimalist, elegant, personalised home that “lightly touches the earth". A home that includes passive climate management for comfort, cost savings and happy, healthy living... light and airy, where form follows function. And most importantly, a home that is designed to be built within your project budget.
We have a fixed price design and documentation fee structure that we clearly outline before any work commences. This provides you comfort against any potential design costings blow-outs and will save you money. Also, we ensure prior to commencement that the design is founded on a realistic understanding and reflection of your overall cost envelope.
