Evan Kamvissis Architecture is a boutique firm driven by creativity, culture, and context.
Underpinned by these guiding principles, Evan designs homes that draw on their natural and urban surroundings yet intimately reflect the lives of the people within them.
COLLABORATIVE, CONSIDERED DESIGN
Design has always been an integral part of Evan’s life. Growing up in the country, he experienced a humble upbringing framed by inspiring architecture, living in a home designed around the sun — by an architect he admired, respected, and would later work alongside. This light and love-filled house in rural Victoria became a space of joy, play, and freedom to explore his creativity — the beginning of his adoration for design and its intrinsic relationship with the people who interact with it.
WHEN BUILT AND NATURAL ENVIRONMENTS COLLIDE
Evan works with nature’s elements to enhance the built form. Every detail is considered — from the way the light falls, the reflections and shadows it casts, to how the materials absorb or distribute warmth, to the delicate relationship between manmade buildings and the natural environment beyond their walls. To Evan, great architecture is about balance. It’s about relationships. It’s about the people who live, work, and flourish within the spaces he designs.

Evan Kamvissis Architecture supports homeowners through the entire architectural journey by offering a complete suite of design, town planning, construction and interior design services.
FEASIBILITY
Together, we define the scope of your project and gain an in-depth understanding of your budget, practical needs, and aesthetic preferences. We listen, observe, and begin conceptualising a home built around your lifestyle. We offer our time and deliver a concept floor plan for a set fee which we will deduct during the next stage of your project.
CONCEPT & 3D
We review local guidelines and measure your site before producing a series of schematic conceptual designs that illustrate the architectural possibilities of your new home. Later, we develop these initial concepts into a refined architectural solution.
TOWN PLANNING
Well versed in town planning, we will attend a preliminary meeting with Council on your behalf. Here we will present a site analysis, developed plans, and our design response to building your home within local council guidelines.
CONSTRUCTION AND INTERIOR DESIGN
We guide the construction and interior design process from tender to final inspection. This ensures your project runs smoothly and your team consists only of reputable professionals who will deliver premium craftsmanship, stunning interiors, and timely service.
