Housespec recently built our new home in Ivanhoe. The site had very narrow access, which some builders wouldn't even consider. Housespec was fabulous. They kept the site very clean, were considerate of the neighbours and did great job navigating through all the issues associated with Covid (supply, lockdowns etc).
