Niche Home Designs has been established in 1994 and specialises only in residential homes. From the smallest to the largest, flattest to the steepest, most basic to the fanciest, this is our Niche.

We are a multi-award-winning company that takes pride in delivering exceptional personal service and outcomes for all of their projects, as we know that a home is cosier than a house.

We work together with the owners from the beginning to the end with whatever style or ideas that they wish to achieve, no style is out of reach.

We don’t work to a timeline, as we’ll never place any decision-making pressure on any of our clients, as we know that having the correct home design is a very important process that for some people requires more time than for others.

Our end goal is to achieve a home that, you, the homeowner are proud of.
