Amazing customer care team. They went above and beyond when our filter system needed an emergency part between Christmas and new year as local dealers were closed for two weeks. The knowledgable team instructed us how to control the problem when they were sending the parts with express courier. They followed up to make sure the parts are received and issue is resolved. I had a problem with my water softener. Unfortunately, for me it was out of warranty by 3 years, but i had no one else i could call to find out how to fix it so i called the supplier Puretec and told them what the softener was doing, and they asked for photos which i sent and was told it looked like a service problem which should have been done every 2 years. That simply slipped my mind now the service kit is well over $400, And to my surprise they sent me out a new kit and also arranged a plumber to install it for me free of charge. WOW who does that these days. Puretec does at least for me they did, I'm so grateful how they looked after me after the warranty had expired.
