RAA Architects

“They arrived on time. They listened to two different briefs (mine and my wife’s … not an easy task). They asked intelligent questions. They offered no instant, arrogant ‘ideas’. They returned after two weeks with a basic design concept which could be adapted in an number of ways. We selected one (with their help and guidance), then they asked three appropriate builders to quote (with our budget in mind). After pushing and pulling and negotiating, they arrived at the preferred one and the right price. After commencement they kept an on-going work sheet and we all – builder included – had weekly meetings to check on progress and on any alterations and/or problems. Every detail was followed through and some work was even redone according to their design and finish standards. The end result is that we are delighted with every aspect of our renovation … we didn’t think it was possible to create such a unique concept with such superb attention to detail, and at the appropriate cost. All of our friends and neighbours have been blown away. We recommend Erik and Joseph to everyone we speak to.”
